As Head of Car Park Solutions at JLL, Colin brings extensive experience of real estate strategy to his role. He leads a team focused on enhancing the value of car park assets and those associated with various types of properties such as shopping centres, hotels and offices. Leveraging his expertise in data and analytics techniques, Colin identifies opportunities and create tailored solutions for clients that maximise returns and enhance the capital value of their overall real estate portfolios.

Colin and his team explore alternative uses of car park space and integrate cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact in response to evolving consumer behaviour, technological advancements, and increasing environmental awareness.

Colin joined JLL in 2013 and prior to his current role, began his career in real estate research and strategic consulting where he focused on occupier and investor strategies, before moving into investment. His passion for identifying and unlocking value in all types of assets has been a driving force behind his work at JLL, where he is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through innovative car park solutions.
