A highly experienced and effective leader, together with a proven track record as an accomplished Enforcement Agent who excels at motivating his team to achieve consistently high results. 

A multi award-winning decision-maker and Fellow of the BPA with a proven track record of achieving year on year growth and improved operational performance. An individual who does not settle for second best, who places the customer at the heart of the operation, striving to continually improve the customers experience and to deliver sector leading performance. 

Alan leads the industry on nuisance vehicle research and is the founder of the National Persistent Evader Database – NPED, currently working with the cabinet Office and National Roads policing to establish a pilot scheme aimed at improving our vehicle community and denying criminals the use of our roads.
